Iguana

Budapest Iguana

Iguana is a great second-hand and old collections store where you can find unique, one of a kind bags, glasses, jackets, trousers, shoes, hats, jewelry and accessories. 60s, 70s, Indian, African, Oriental: it is all there. You can spend hours there just browsing or looking for your special gem.

Hmmm... Interesting stuff. It

Hmmm... Interesting stuff. It looks like just an open house garage sale plus some artsy-fartsy feel to it. I think I might as well check this place out when I arrive in town.

I used to like this place,

I used to like this place, especially for the music they put on. However the last time the sales guy was really disturbing: he was drinking beer while having a buddy visiting him, he completely ignored me and when I asked for help he said he didn`t f`n care, he went to the door to smoke a cigarette while he was watching me wait around for my receipt (which I dared to request). I bet his favorite movie is High fidelity. However this attitude only works as a charm on the big screen... (Hope store owner will get to read this)

Now called "Szputnyik"

I've been there today looking for some shoes. The shop is actually called "Szputnyik" now (website: http://szputnyik.eu) and offers lots of clothes and accessoires ranging from vintage to pieces of well known labels. The prices are reasonable.
