Budapest. Restaurants. Vörös Postakocsi

Hungarian specialties, vegetarian dishes and decent selection of Hungarian wines in rather simple interior. Service is included in the bill, and probably for this reason leaves much to be desired. Summer terrace.

Barokk Antikvás

Not very expensive antique shop full of seemingly useless stuff among which you, however, may find some “diamonds” (or “pearls”). We have found in this shop a telephone switchboard that was surely used by James Bond in “Goldfinger”, or at least it looks like the one.

Budapest. Paris, Texas

One of the oldest cafes on Ráday utca, though not the cheapest one. In Paris, Texas they have the traditional selection of spirits and food from nearby Pink Cadillac (basically, pizza & pasta). Customers are mostly locals from neighborhood. Paris, Texas is probably good when you want to have coffee or beer on your way to some other more interesting place.
