There are express and normal buses in Budapest. The express buses have red numbering and cut out minor stops, while normal ones have black numbers. You may check the schedule and stops at the bus stops.
TICKETS
Tickets are purchased in advance and validated in the electronic or hand punchers on board. Tickets are available at newsstands, some tobacco shops, ticket offices in the metro stations and BKV vending machines.
