Pad Thai Wokbar

Pad Thai Wokbar opened this summer next to Basilica is a nice change from greasy fast foods, although it is also fast in serving food to the customers.

The food is prepared right in front of you with fresh ingredients. It is a typical Thai cuisine (in its European version): noodles or rice with thin slices of meats and vegetables with a sauce.

In the menu, there are also Asian soups and salads, nicely fresh and crunchy.

Budapest, famous (among other things) for its thermal springs has very close relationships with water. Banner bags

Banner bags In Budapest

This shop/gallery with a very contemporary feel next to the Budapest Central Market was created by the group of designers and craftsmen involved in creative recycling.

Their main material is advertising banners, and as you can imagine there is no shortage of those in the era of consumerism. And for their furniture and interior objects they use other recycled and recyclable materials too, including wood and even concrete.

Budapest Street Art

Budapest is hardly a player on the European street art scene, and most of the time what we see on the streets are tags left by teenagers on the walls and doors - too boring to be even considered art.

However, something, sometimes is happening on the streets of Budapest. Take a look at we've come across recently.

Shopping in Budapest

Budapest is hardly a shopping Mecca, but being a European capital it has its share of malls and streets to shop at.

Locals prefer shopping in malls conveniently scattered around the city, but visitors to Budapest like to combine sightseeing with buying a thing or two, and this is where shopping streets come handy.
