Recently opened Jelen, a nice addition to the Budapest nightclub and bar scene, is quickly gaining popularity among both locals and travelers by word of mouth alone.
This spacious bar subtly decorated with arty posters opens every day at 4 pm, just when you are almost done with your job and errands and ready to have a pint.
Disco in the best traditions of EuroPopDance. Four bars, VIP garden section, two dance floors, stage and pizza corner. Foam parties on summer Tuesdays.
The big disadvantage is the club location, it’s just too "far from the madding crowd".

Kuplung (clutch) is located in the former garage, and it still looks like one, or like a middle-sized hangar. There are few football tables, the bar, many tables to sit and drink and free space to park your bike. The place is cheap and very popular among students and art types. May be not very easy to spot, but look out for partying people disappearing behind the wooden gates.

The club located on one of Budapest islands. It is open on weekends only, so it's recommended that you check their program before going. Quite expensive and fancy.
