Corvintető is a club atop department store, famous for its spacious rooftop bar with great view of the city. In winter, when the open air terrace is closed, you can dance and chill till dawn downstairs with DJs and cool crowd. To get to Corvintető you can use stairs or an old elevator with a minibar.

Instant is a classic Budapest "ruin bar", except it is huge: it occupies the whole three-storey derelict building with its inner yard and all the apartments. Because of that Instant has the atmosphere of a squat house, and naturally young artists display their works in its many rooms with old furniture, different lighting and design. Here drinks are cheep, sandwiches are awful, and everyone seems to have a great time, especially with the concerts that start every night at 22:00.

Piaf is known in Budapest as a weird afterparty club with eclectic mix of strange characters, red-velvet lounge, muted lights and jazzy music.

Former socialist artists' club, with the restaurant, shadowy summer terrace in the inner court and bar in the cellar. Decadence at its best with peeling paint, shabby and dusty interiors. Concerts on some nights in their skunky basement that often stays crowded till dawn with heavily drinking intellectuals.
VII. Kertész utca 36
A pub, restaurant and club in the shabby basement with American westerns-style interior. Over 50 types of whisky and international cuisine of quite decent quality. In the night the place turns into a party space with DJs playing the good old party music.
